Responsible for establishing McDonald’s Corporation Global IP/VPN. Conducted due diligence, transition & telecom deployment management. Exercised TPV management and program fiduciary responsibility. Managed client expectations and client face-to-face day-to-day operational program management. OSS support definition and Customer Care integration. Received executive recognition and bonus awards for outstanding IP/VPN implementation strategy, problem resolution under abnormally adverse conditions and maintaining revenue growth expectations (projected to be 100 million plus of future IP/VPN business) due directly to customer focused attention and customer requirements satisfaction.
