Daily Duties at Battelle Memorial Institute:

Responsible for establishing Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Web Portals for all Federal and DoD agencies as part of the DHS Online/DHS Interactive Web Portal Networks. Engaged Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) techniques for reengineering TPV proprietary Web applications to conform to the DHS Web business model standards using UML/CLAMBRE methodologies. Instituted SDLC per International Software Engineering Standards (ISO/IEC/IEEE/SEI-CMMI/W3C) to ensure proper quality delivery of all contractual deliverables to DHS. Assisted in managing a $100 million dollar CPFF IDIQ DHS contract by using EVMS techniques.
