Daily Duties at Good Guys!:
Piloted all field training initiatives, including new employee education, product, management development, and executive leadership for 2,500 personnel as well as vendor training. Directed 10 Trainers and 3 Managers, ensuring retention of quality employees and high morale. Functioned as host and producer of all training and company update videos.
