Daily Duties at Monster Cable:
Oversaw product sales to retailer, supervising 8 Sales Support Associates, garnering $500M in annual sales, in partnership with global sales force. Administered trade show involvement, sales collateral, data analysis, and ongoing support for field sales team. Teamed with retailer corporate management to design training, merchandising, and development plans. Assisted retailer with sale of products, including participation in hiring, training, supervising, and retaining 10 Field Sell-Through Managers; facilitated partnerships with Circuit City, Radio Shack, and Best Buy stores across nation that were aligned with retailer’s field management. Orchestrated “M4” marketing program throughout North America, Mexico, Europe, and Asia. Ensured achievement of sales objectives and resolution of operational issues by coordinating with cross-functional groups throughout company.
