Daily Duties at Cedars Sinai Medical Center :
• Responsible for the medical-line contract administration, procurement, capital acquisition and cost containment efforts for all supplies and equipment for the 950 Bed Hospital. Supervised up to twelve personnel • Direct and design strategic Materials Management ERP policies and procedures, successfully increasing work-flow productivity, bills of materials, and customer/end-user satisfaction • Accomplished the successful 2004 implementation of the PeopleSoft ERP system, and achieved a cost-savings of $700,000 in FY-04 through strategic cost containment efforts • Awarded multiple ‘Standing Ovation Awards’ by the Nursing and Physician management and staff for outstanding job performance and customer service satisfaction
