** Responsible for the Supply Chain Operations Management of the Southern California Region; supporting 13 Kaiser Permanente Hospitals and 144 supporting Medical Clinics from Bakersfield to San Diego ** Effectively directed the regional Supply Chain departments critical to Kaiser Permanente operations in Southern California, that provided medical and non-medical supplies and services critical to the delivery and care of over 3 million members ** Oversaw a staff of over 175 employees, in the Supply Chain Regional Couriers, Fleet and Shuttle Services, Records Retention Services, and Document Services Departments • Managed budgets totaling $15M per fiscal year
