Daily Duties at A1 Consulting:
Managed design and construction projects for public and private clients, using procurement methods such as design build, CM at-risk with GMP, and stipulated sum contracts. Coordinated a Team of engineers and construction managers in successfully managing facility assessments, strategic planning, programming, design and construction management for various projects. I led project teams of 24 architects, engineers, and construction managers.
