Daily Duties at Ameritech, Managed Services:
Met customer requests by completing move and change (MAC) orders Assisted customer with voice mail issues from Data Center in Chicago. Opened new tickets and resolved through completion. Communicated with customers through all phases of transactions. Interacted with Field Technicians to coordinate routine maintenance or repair. Ran reports to detect problems within the voice mail systems to prevent system outages.
