Daily Duties at Dell, Inc.:
Lead Engineer for board and system design team of Enterprise-class servers to supervise and train 16+ electrical and systems engineers and accountable for the success of a project slated for $10B+ in revenue. Responsible for training and mentoring my engineering team. Responsible for fostering an environment of engineering rigor while meeting schedule and cost targets. Managed day to day operations of my team throughout the project cycle.
