Daily Duties at Clark Tribble Harris & Li Architects, Inc.:

Directed the other principals and organized the firm into four basic spheres or disciplines with a principal over each sphere – 1. Marketing / Business Management, 2. Design, 3. Technical Production, and 4. Construction Administration. Retained the responsibility for overall management of all spheres, working closely with the other principals and was personally involved at all levels of design activity, providing ongoing criticism and direction. With a primary role of client relations and marketing I developed marketing tools, brochures, visuals, presentation techniques. Produced research material on each potential client analyzing their goals, desires, needs and who the decision makers were. Searched for areas that would increase the success of the potential client’s goals; for use at the appropriate time to clinch the sale. Organized contact procedures to ensure regular exposure of firm to potential clients. Reviewed and approved all contracts, client correspondence and project designs. Managed and directed all marketing.
