Daily Duties at Pima Corporation:
•Assist Project Manager in tracking and forecasting construction budgets and schedules. Assess project Bid Documents, prepares take-off, evaluate PCO and monthly progress payment. Establish construction base schedule, recovery schedule and two weeks look ahead target schedule. Review and update construction drawing and specifications. Attending construction site meeting, prepares construction progress report and minutes of meeting. •Collate RFI, submittals and construction change proposal for client’s engineering & consultant’s approval. Update and register all project correspondences to the project log system. Organize and submit Project Close Out Submittal Package to the City client’s representative.
