Daily Duties at Sharp Health Care:

I managed patient satisfaction surveys for 1000+ physicians. Patient satisfaction scores were used as a factor of the physician bonus calculation. Responsible for quarterly patient satisfaction reports for 4 Sharp Health Care medical groups and 9 Urgent Care facilities. I developed a model to predict clinical outcomes in rehabilitation patients. I performed complex data analysis using various statistical methods, to determine patterns in data in support of ad-hoc and standing management or internal customer requests. I then cconceptualized the data and shared this knowledge through effective presentation of the data output with the rest of your team through both written and verbal forms. I performed data auditing, created data reports and monitored all data for accuracy. I was responsible for reporting statistical findings to coworkers, management and sometimes directly to internal customers. I was also required to complete individual assignments as requested. I was responsible for the accuracy of the data collection. Data was collected using an external data collection company of which I was responsible for I worked closely with colleagues to try and identify data related problems and solved them. I conducted research on data collected using data driven evidence to make business decisions. I ensured that the data was high quality by collected and integrity of the data by monitoring the accuracy of the data collection through weekly meetings and monitoring the survey interviews. I developed and prepared information products to be used by the organization.
