Daily Duties at Cablevision Systems Corporation:

2005 – 2009 Manager Training & QA/Sr. Instructor: all manager related duties including time approval, performance evaluations, scheduling for the Long Island training team consisting of 4 instructors, 1 training admin., 1 QA supervisor. Responsible for work load distribution, training for any and all products, processes, procedures. Results and performance geared up-trainings as well as all new hire training for a fast paced customer service center. Creation of training materials including training decks, distance learning and computer based training. Technical liaison between field operations and the call center. Assist HR with interviews. Extensive travel between centers.
