President, CEO- repeatedly obtaining targeted projects within desired categories of size and type, producing sustained revenue during dynamic and changing markets and market conditions. Negioated, wrote and executed all contracts and executed all legal documents. Managing Principal- managed and directed every aspect of the business – financial management, client development/marketing, client satisfaction, project estimating, office manpower assignment, project scheduling and design. Architect-of-Record- signed all construction documents making me personally legally lialiable for the all design.
