Responsible for scheduling 20 staff members and ensuring labour cost is kept under control. Implemented & designed a new food menu which contributed to a 30% increase in food sales. Changed liquor brands which decreased bar costs 10 - 15%. Responsible for creating and designing new promotions to increase bar business. Have designed actual posters to advertise the bar. Established and maintained vendor relationships to best promote and market the bar. Developed and implemented communication pieces to increase bar sales.
