Responsible for managing staff of 15 on day and evening shifts - Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained and all provincial food and liquor regulations are adhered to - Work together with other food and beverage outlets to ensure continuity between departments - Researched and developed marketing ideas to maintain and increase business during a wide variety of functions and events
