Sold a number of shopping centers and sale leaseback transactions. • Marketed and cold called for new business development, leasing assignments and investment sales. Negotiated and developed over $100million in transactions. Developed 500,000sf of office and shopping centers. Managed 3 Real Estate Agents. • Contract writing of leases, Letters of Intent and purchase agreements. Managed third party vendors for brokerage services, construction, engineers, architecture, fixtures and furnishings. Marketed properties to brokers, retailers and investors.
