Daily Duties at Software Quality Associates:
As a member of the Solutions Engineering Team, design and expand services to improve software development / project delivery and operational support through evaluation and optimization of IT processes. Participate in pre and post sales client services activities to generate revenue for SQA. Develop and offer services that reflect an understanding of a client's unique business needs and develop specific solutions that are measurable. Responsible for proposal development, delivery, and activities related to closing business. In addition, provide Engagement / Solutions Delivery Management or fulfillment as the Sr. Quality and Process Architect or Trusted Advisor upon attainment of opportunity. Three fold revenue growth in 2009 - 2010 directly related to Lifecycle Optimization activities.
