• Monitored contract compliance and recorded weekly quality meeting discussions between IBC/TOA, NAVFAC, U.S. Navy Port Operations, and DZSP21 Munitions Handling contactor • Provided contract administration oversight for the $84 million Contract No. N62742-08-C-1301, FY08 MCON P-502 for Kilo Wharf Extension, COMNAVMAR, Guam • Involved 24-month fabrication, delivery, and installation effort by IBC/TOA Joint Venture to complete Kilo Wharf Extension for the U.S. Navy in Apra Harbor on Guam • Assisted in formulation of proposals in response to requests for proposal from NAVFACMAR for changes to this marine construction and dredging services contract.
