Daily Duties at At&T:
maintenance/support/analysis of AT&T's POS application used in retail stores. Responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, administering and maintaining of Point of Sale application used in non corporate owned retail stores. Provided daytime, weeknight, and weekend on-call support. Webmaster responsible for planning/configuring/maintaining Java SSL and non SSL web servers. Effectively administrated WebLogic versions 8.1, 9.1, 9.2, 9.2.3 and WebLogic 10.3 Domain and Managed Server builds using ant and shell scripts reducing manual domain builds Troubleshot environment and application issues using BEA WLS support patterns as the standard methodology and provide root cause summary to application stakeholders i.e. capturing server diagnostics such as memory dumps/analyzing thread dumps Delivered projects to production environment to meet business deadlines. Responsible for testing all production defects and enhancements pre and post production deployment. Delivered executive summary on any pending issues and project deployment status’s.
