Monmouth, NJ and the Louisiana Army National Guard (LAARNG), Baton Rouge, LA; State and County Government Agencies like The County of El Paso, Texas, County of Dona Ana, NM; Local School and Public businesses like The Ysleta Independent School District, El Paso, TX, Killeen Chamber of Commerce, Killeen, TX; Commercial Government Contractors like Northrop Grumman and others. -Executive Manager Consultant and Subject Matter Expert for Department of Defense support Post Katrina LAARNG -Executive Consultant and Test Integration Officer Software and hardware support functions -Executive Consultant and Proposal Manager, -Executive Business Development and Marketing Senior Program Consultant and Lead Senior Director for all C3I government and commercial contracts. Reporting to Corporate Board, led an aggressive building of sales team within three different states enabling progression towards sales goals & company objectives. Managed relation to day-to-day operation of company locations, ensuring continuous improvement initiatives that consistently strengthen productivity, product quality and customer satisfaction. -Negotiated all contracts which resulted in securing lucrative projects -Spearheaded setting of highest presentation standards relating to better-business practices utilized with prospective clients in customer requirements and customer detainment.
