Managed and maintained full responsibility of the financial accounts from the planning phase to the completion of the financial process. Reviewed company's expenditures and financial reporting systems, and ensured that financial statements were accurate, complete and conformed to NAIC statutory procedures and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Tested major balance sheet expenses such as premiums receivable and policyholder claims payable. Managed Financial Reviews with responsibilities including: tracking expenses, project planning, cross-collaboration of various departments, forecasting and measurement of actuals vs projections. Financial Analyses were completed with written report of exceptions and pro-active compliance recommendations
