Guided traders with implementation of services for help with trading ideas and decisions. Developed and piloted online webinars to educate clients and promote new products. Established relationships with trading groups for referrals, increased profitability and recognition of firm. Representative for sales in numerous committees to develop and bring on new products. On going training to bring sales staff up to speed on new products, procedures and financial regulations. Represent firm at annual trade shows to establish business and promote brand recognition within industry. Consistent monthly and yearly top producer
