•As a Master Black Belt you will drive process improvement initiatives across multiple functions/regions. In this role, your primary focus will be on transactional processes within the OTR value streams. You’ll be responsible to work with key stakeholders to identify a strategy that ties closely with key business objectives, quantify benefits, define and resource projects and drive execution. In this position, you will: - Drive financial, quality, and customer benefits through use of Lean Six Sigma - Identify opportunities to use lean and facilitate AWOs on transactional processes - Partner with Lean Leaders to ensure alignment to the lean vision and priorities of the sites - Develop and execute the process improvement strategy for supported functions / regions - Manage team of Black Belts to deliver high-impact results - Mentor BBs and GBs in Six Sigma methodology - Tie into appropriate operating rhythms and tools - Obtain MBB certification through appropriate training, testing, mentoring, and project execution
