Daily Duties at Ahmanson Developments, Inc:

manages all land acquisitions, forward planning,engineering for development in Northern California(Bay Area).Complete all governmental entitlement work, cashflow anaylst, project proformas, environmental studies, including all soil investigations. Hires all consultants during the predevelopment work and up to and including the building permits for offsite and onsite developments.Secued all Utity Agreements, for development. Negotiated all contracts for street improvements for onsite and off site street improvements.Completed all preparations for the labor bonds and performance bonds as required by the municipalities. Interphased with the superintendents on a daily basis. Responsible for managing all project budgets.
