Facilitated hiring fairs and second level interviewing; Processed on boarding paperwork in compliance with corporate procedures and TALX guidelines; Conducted NEO and sales-oriented training sessions; represented company in HR hearings; conducted routine monthly/quarterly audits; supported regional loss prevention and HR support in departmentalized audits.
