Supervised 19 locations with over 100 employees, driving revenues grossing $100K monthly. Grossing $13M annually, forecasted budgets for fiscal year and supported relocation processes for multiple locations, forecasting gross sales potential. Responsible for recruitment, training and development of commission-based associates through sales strategies and support of cellular carriers and other electronics as the core sources of revenue generation. District profited double digit sales growth compared to prior leadership. Managed controllable expenses, including but not limited to payroll, loss prevention and wireless charge backs (potential fraud), while improving SGM, SGP and LY sales. Utilized recruiting search engines via Rrecruits and People Answers (intra-net) and All Retail Jobs.com, Career Builder and Monster. Facilitated hiring fairs and second level interviewing; Processed on boarding paperwork in compliance with corporate procedures and TALX guidelines; Conducted NEO and sales-oriented training sessions; represented company in HR hearings; conducted routine monthly/quarterly audits; supported regional loss prevention and HR support in departmentalized audits.
