Daily employment recruitment via Webhire ATS Staffing Application, Monster, Houston-Jobing.com, Texas WorkSource.com and other recruiting search engines. Personnel motivator and team builder resource, with 4 years of Job Fair coordination and participation. Hiring manager with high employee retention and low turnover. Responsible for training of over 250 employees during tenure after beginning with RAC from an entry level position. Retain a strong background in corporate policy and protection of company assets and profit. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, High Touch, and Internet Sourcing.
