Daily Duties at Blockbuster, Inc.:
Support District Training Store Manager in training initiatives and compliance and succession planning, recruitment/hiring through Taleo ATS (to staffing model). Drive revenue and sales metrics through management of operational processes from both corporate and RDO direction. Review monthly and quarterly financials identifying areas to maximize revenue potential, related to BPM, EBITDA, OPM and gross profit margin; reduce expenditures including, but not limited to labor, loss prevention, cost of goods and operational credits. Responsible for improving multiple aspects of training and development of store managers’ business acumen.
