Responsibilities • Making planograms for Pan India “More Store” • Remodeling the old “More Store” to increase the sales • Analysis of the product which are doing or not • Helping the category management in making the best assortment. • Taking care about fixtures as well while choosing a specific Plano • Looking at MBQ for stores to optimize the sales • Checking the inventory level • Checking the days of supply • Looking at unit movement while making planogram • Modify if any changing takes place for a specific store • Auditing the planograms in the store. • Worked in various categories like Noodles & soup, Ready To Eat, Ready To Cook, Breakfast section, Biscuits. • Worked for Non Food category also like Sanitary, Deo section, Baby Section. Other Responsibilities • Preparing the Bubble diagram keeping in view of different store layout and format • Assisted in planning promotion events • Executed BTL activities to attract customers • Worked on branding of Private Labels Items • Involved in packaging and pricing of the private label brands • Responsible for developing and introducing new product
