• Chief Flight Instructor • FAR 141 School, Director of Flight Training • Directly supervise all instructors and students from private through multi-engine commercial license, all flight simulators and English language instructors • Conduct progress and stage checks for students, standardize all flight instructors • Lead contact with FAA, CAAC, Airport Management, Airline Customers • Supervise the dispatch department, maintenance department, and all fuel contracts • Manage and fly King Air – Lead Instructor for Turbine Training
