Daily Duties at Rma (Equifax), :
Attained positions of increasing responsibility over 14 years. Managed four floor managers; several support staff and a collection staff of 70 to 100 people. Served as the Operations/Project Manager for the office; managed complex and high profile projects that involved the installation, testing, troubleshooting and implementation of new systems. Reviewed and analyzed financial statements. Coordinated sales, legal, and other administrative efforts. Provided technical support for 7 other branches which included 7 branch managers and an additional 40 supervisors. Acted as application support analyst for testing, troubleshooting, identifying and analyzing source of bugs within the platform.
