Daily Duties at Read Rite Corporation:
*Developed NPI tooling, HSA assembly processes as well as inspection test methods * Generated HSA manufacturing documentation * Trained technicians, supervisors and operators * Conducted tooling and process qualifications activities and transfer to ofshore factory * Conducted Failure Analysis activities * Traveled to offshore factory to train and support engineering staff during product transfers. * Generated PMP and PCP plans, process flow travelers, BOM, and ECN/TCN * Responsible for all HSA manufacturing processes and assemblies within Class 100 clean room environment.
