Ensured implementation of all staff duties, conducted regular observations and evaluations, including development and monitoring of progress of individual goals for professional growth. Utilized progressive counseling and documented disciplinary action. Supported and sustained positive morale of the staff. Developed whole center staff communication systems. Established and maintained team building among all classroom teams. Maintained ongoing communication with families, and established a strong sense of community at the center through parent involvement and activities. Conducted tours to prospective families and exceeded company enrollment goals. Adhered to all State licensing requirements. Maintained and ensured financial health of a multi-million dollar budget. Monitored profit and loss reports, implemented a labor management system and facilitated payroll. Established relationship with local early childhood community and participated in community groups. Substituted in classrooms to maintain ratios and gain exposure to other programs as needed. Practiced confidentiality in all matters regarding staff and family information. Cultivated relationships with local Kindergarten and Elementary schools. Organized and ran effective fund raising campaigns.
