Daily Duties at Ecos Environmental & Disaster Restoration Inc.:

• Managed residential insurance claims • Estimated demolition and reconstruction costs for a variety of project types including; ice damming, water loss, fire damage, and others. Xactimate software was used to create the estimates ranging up into the hundreds of thousands. • Oversaw ECOS’s Eagle County operations in an on-call 24/7 basis • Scheduled projects from emergency response through punch-list completion • Coordinated labor to most efficiently accomplish an ever changing workload • Acted as the company’s structural asbestos inspector/reporter, traveling throughout the Front Range and Western Slope of Colorado • Facilitated open communication between home owners, sub contractors, and insurance companies • Marketed ECOS in the Vail valley - a new area of expansion for the company • Concurrently estimated, scheduled, and coordinated upwards of 20 different jobs during peak flood season using Xactimate and Microsoft Project • Acted as director of State Farm’s PSP (preferred service provider) contractor program for ECOS • Responded to, diagnosed, and remediated a variety of structural disasters • Performed take-offs, ordered materials, and procured an effective schedule necessary to ensure proper labor and materials were available to efficiently complete projects • Maintained customer relations with suppliers and subcontractors
