Daily Duties at Circle :
Administrator for CICS products Sysm (CICS e-mail), C/A Corporate Tie and EZ-IQ (create pc spreadsheets of customer shipments/logistics data), CPF (routing mainframe batch output to CICS print queue) and Outbound (file transfer between mainframe and AS400). Trouble-shooter for Circle shipping offices for all of the above products. I was one of the main interfaces with Affiliated Computer Services who became our outsourcer.
