Daily Duties at Primavera Managers & Development Corp.:

• Directly in-charge of all engineering works. (e.g., land development and housing activities) • Handles the recurrence of all documents/permits necessary for construction jobs. • Prepares materials quantity take-off for civil and structural works • Perform land survey checking of boundaries and lay-out, profile leveling of blocks and roads for site development. Review and updates construction drawing and specifications • In-charge in Quality inspection for the architectural finishes • Prepares construction accomplishment and recommends payment for sub-contractors weekly
