Daily Duties at Bovis Lend Lease:

• Engineer in-charge in Construction Supervision of Heavy RC works - bored piling, rigid pavement, road works and drainage system. • Prepared construction safety plan for Structural Steel works – erection & installation of main roof truss & fascia, installation tele-platform & docking system, installation rail beam for crane hoist system, construction pipe rack and equipment support. • Supervised site wide works - road networks, under ground piping services for electrical & communication, plumbing / sanitary and fire main protection system. • Monitor construction progress schedules and budgets, identify early the unacceptable risk on schedule, budget and quality of the project. • Coordinate and communicate to client and project team the anticipated project changes. • Helps project team in preparing contingency project plan in mitigating unknown or anticipated risks of the project for budget control and schedule. • Conduct weekly project coordination meeting for the in-house & direct contractor. • Assessing and evaluating subcontractors tender submissions, variations order, monthly progress claim and prepares certificate of payment. • Assist the Site Manager in preparing construction documents for tender and submit tender contract report. • Assist contractors in preparing necessary documents for QA/QC testing & inspection works.
