clean up entitlement issues, pull the building permits required to complete the remaining units, recreation building and cabana/pool area. Worked with the architect, and landcape architect to complete the submittal process and construction work.Interphased with planning to complete outstanding issues with public works and the engineering department regarding public stree improvements for the Belleterre and Mistral/Tivoli projects.
