Responsible for the land acquisition department and forward planning operations.Prepare LOI's, Purchase agreements.follow thru with all title companies to complete acquisitions closings.Prepare project proformas, and detailed project budgets, negotiate the consultant agreements during the due diligence process thru the entitlement period, Interface with the CFO on a daily basis for cash flow requirements. Approve all invoices for all pre- development work.
