Daily Duties at Alabama Industrial Development Training Center (Honda Campus):
At the Honda facility, I developed and administered training programs, for 1910 criteria, electrical training, robotics, ammonia compliance, ergonomics, Six Sigma, TQM, and lean manufacturing. I taught classes ranging in size from 6 to 600 associates. I was primarily responsible for the New Hire Orientation and the coordination of the Emergency Response Training between Honda and the local responders.
