Internal Controls • Assisted, organized and established efficient and effective systematic methodology for analyzing business processes, procedures and activities • Investigated and documented internal controls for the following cycles: sales and purchase, procurement to pay, and order to cash. • Ensured firm’s compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley laws Financial Audit • Analyzed and evaluated financial structures and budgets for new public companies • Computerized clients’ data collection processes which expedited data access and information sharing • Worked with diverse clientele like insurance, information technology (IT), automobile, investment, and electronic companies • Managed associates on auditing financial statements, which include cash cycles, other assets, other liabilities, and other income and expenses • Performed audits for cash, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accounts payable, investments, long-term liabilities, shareholders’ equity, revenues, cost of goods sold, and expense accounts • Prepared income and sales tax returns for public trading companies
