Requirements analysis and testing of new tax revenue management software in an iterative development environment. Subject matter expert for government accounting and locality tax revenue laws. Track and maintain defect logs for use in prioritization of future enhancement releases. Administer document library and ensure currency and accuracy of the system body of knowledge (BOK). Provide user training for external and internal users.
