Educate and mentor staff in wound care and prevention. Design and conduct quality improvement projects. Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize wound and palliative care. Develop wound care policies. Led research project as principal investigator. Evaluate and recommend products for effectiveness, safety and cost. Focus on excellent customer service. Collaborate in development of information systems. Provide statistics for wounds. Ensure compliance with regulations for long term care. Conduct root cause analyses of ulcers.
