Plan, direct and coordinate activities of multiple Capital Construction and Differed Maintenance Projects. Interface with Architects, End Users and Vendors. Created and maintained budgets working with the financial administrator. Responsibilities include interfacing with Architectural, Engineering Firms and the Client during the Pre-Construction phase, manage Construction Progress, Safety, Quality Control, Inspections, Final Occupancy and Project Close-Out., Other responsibilities include: creating and monitoring the Project Schedule, facilitating and monitoring Submittal Progress, tracking Project Budget, RFI’s and Change Orders, facilitating and handling Progress Meeting, generating Progress and Budget reports, coordinating all issues with clients and internal team members
