• Analyzed and monitored HUD/Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs to ensure compliance with program requirements, federal rules, and regulations • Provided editorial oversight on all associated training tools and documents for grantees and field offices throughout the country • Provided technical assistance, program policy interpretation and project management to CDBG grantees, states, and community development organizations • Developed and wrote quantitative and qualitative reports and publications for CDBG grantees, states, and community development organizations • Assisted in the preparation of proposals in response to government requests for proposals (RFPs)
