• Managed and monitored the onsite client needs of four HUD program offices while providing critical, quality analysis and oversight for all contracts and over 17 associated task orders • Provided technical assistance, training and management on Affordable Housing/Community Development program guidance as requested by Community Connections (HUD) grantees and various CPD offices • Developed, wrote, and edited monthly reports and quality control review standards as necessary for HUD client • Maintained and promoted excellent client relationships via site visits, meetings, and regular written communication • Monitored and maintained compliance standards on all contracts and task orders Developed new business initiatives, write proposals and budgets for all new and existing contracts • Maintained "clearinghouse" for all CPD initiatives for HUD grantees, community stakeholders, and the general public
