Daily Duties at Drayton, Drayton, And Lamar, Inc:

• Analyzed and monitored the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), Moving to Work (MTW) Demonstration, and Public Housing programs while providing technical assistance on policy and program guidance and federal regulation interpretation to PHAs, community organizations, national organizations, and HUD constituents. • Provided quantitative and qualitative analysis and oversight on PIH policy initiatives and PHA reporting requirements. • Managed the current PIH reporting requirements and sanctions policy for all PHAs, which include developing sanctions criteria, federal notices, guidance, and technical assistance processes. • Managed a team of three DDL Program Analysts and two subcontractors. The team performed various tasks related to the Form HUD-50058 and Form 50058 (Family Reporting) from drafting program notices, issuing guidelines documents, responding to field inquiries, Business Process Reengineering of the 50058 submission and assessment processes, and providing general program assistance and ongoing support. • Facilitated technical and management project status meetings with the customer to provide technical recommendations for special projects. Provided bi-weekly status reports and ad hoc reports as requested. Develop recurring and special management reports. Responsible for ensuring all deliverables are submitted in accordance with contractual requirements. • Manage the Data Analysis and Decision Support contract for the Office of Public and Indian Housing (PIH) at the U.S. Department for Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Project consisted of extracting, analyzing and preparing data from the PIH Information Center (PIC) databases and providing reports to internal clients using MS Excel and MS Access • Serve as writer and editor on various PIH publications, correspondence, and federal notices. • Coordinate information-sharing initiatives among and between PHAs, PIH, and other HUD program offices and constituents.
