Daily Duties at Danya International:

• Design and develop targeted communications including company announcements, brochures, Human Resources (HR) policy and program announcements, performance management communications • Serve as editor and lead writer for company newsletter and HR intranet content manager • Provide research and analysis on various HR-driven and company-wide ad hoc initiatives and projects • Create robust and measurable project plans and implement qualitative task-completion tools to ensure on-time client and project area deliverables • Conceptualize and ensure that immediate and long-range HR-driven project area communication strategies align with company brand, goals and strategic plans • Liaise across company and organizational lines to ensure effective and timely management, coordination, and delivery of special projects, programs, events, and associated communications • Conduct and coordinate company-wide presentations and training • Manage the coordination and implementation of the Head Start Project and Danya corporate Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure a streamlined state-of-the art consultant and employee web-based recruitment process • Develop and implement policies and procedures associated with the management of the Head Start Reviewer Support and Program Communications project activities involving over 800 Head Start Reviewers (contract consultants) for the Office of Head Start (OHS) and its grantees • Serve as liaison among IT, Reviewer Program Support, and contract consultants regarding database queries, training, and troubleshooting • Manage and direct myriad project area staff and consultants associated with Head Start Project contract deliverables and client reporting requirements and standards
