Daily Duties at Sunwest Management:
Responsible for 18 communities located in 5 states. Primary role was to perform audits, train staff and administration, communicate with state surveyors, write state plan or corrections, problem solve, work with local Administrator and Director of Nursing, Regional Operations Director, and VP of Operations to maintain highest levels of health services, wellness and increase census.
