Director of Customer Support – South Central Region: Primary Responsibilities • Providing exceptional customer support as pertaining to product sales and service. • Sales budget development & achievement via solid sales process management. • Managing profitability objectives, performing operating income analysis and accurately forecasting business expenses. • Development and implementation of short term & long term business goals. • Resolving facility operational issues and ensuring facility compliance with corporate policies. • Establishing and achieving corporate KPI’s (i.e. O/I ratio, labor efficiencies, costs per $ sold.) • Creating marketing strategies to cultivate new customers and retain existing customers. • Establishing competition combative tactics and setting strategies for increasing market share. • Visionary planning for the expansion of aftermarket department facilities. • Performing manager training & development for next level talent.
